Blackberry syrup.
Blackberry syrup, ingredients:
- 3 kg of blackberries
- 3 liters of water
- 2 bags of lemon juice
- about 5 kg of sugar

Blackberry syrup, preparation:
- Wash and weigh the blackberries. Place in a large pot or bowl.
- Grind with a stick mixer or puree.
- Pour in the boiled and cooled water, add one lemongrass bag, mix and cover with a cloth napkin. Let it stand for 3-4 hours.
- Strain through a strainer. (Another squeeze through cheesecloth is also possible)
- Measure the amount of liquid obtained and pour sugar and another bag of lemon juice. Add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of liquid. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour the syrup into plastic bottles and put in the freezer. Once thawed, it should be used within a week.
- Dilute with water or acidic water. Enjoy!
From this amount of fruit and water, I got 5 liters of liquid, added 5 kg of sugar and got 9 liters of syrup.
