Soy syrup.

Sorrel syrup, ingredients:

  • 40 flowers are calling
  • 1 bag of lemon juice
  • 3 liters of water
  • 3 kg of sugar
  • 2 lemons

Beetroot syrup, preparation:

  • Place the flowers in a large bowl, put lemongrass and lemon (with or without peel) cut into rings. Pour the water. Cover with a cloth napkin and let it stand for 24 hours.
  • Strain through cheesecloth and add sugar to the liquid. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
  • Pour the syrup into plastic bottles and put in the freezer. Once thawed, it should be used within fifteen days. If the syrup is poured into glass bottles and not frozen, a preservative should be added.
  • from this amount I got 5,5 l of syrup. Dilute the syrup with water or acidic water.
  • Enjoy!
