Something new in the gastronomic and tourist offer of Serbia, a school of traditional cooking led by Dejan Ilić, a professional chef and carving master. All future participants will be guided through the history and culture of food in Serbia, with the active participation of all participants in the preparation and tasting of the most famous dishes of traditional Serbian cuisine, such as: proja, projara, gibanica, zeljanica, pogača, uštipci, sarma, beans, stew .
The exact program of the school will always be in accordance with the season. Attendees will have the opportunity to master the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the traditional Serbian way.
The cooking school is led by professional chef Dejan Ilić, in English and Serbian, where all guests, local and foreign, will learn how to prepare food according to traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine, which are over 100 years old.
Who is the traditional cooking school for?
To all interested visitors, who are beginners in cooking, as well as to all others, who have advanced knowledge in cooking, and want to get acquainted with the preparation of food in the traditional way.
Venue of traditional cooking school
The traditional cooking school will be held in the Kapetanovi Vinogradi ethnic restaurant in the Topola area, with accommodation in bungalows and houses. On the property there is a brick-built domestic stove (in the yard of the building), which is in use. The ethnic household has organic production of staple foods, as well as its own, small, winery.
