Scotch eggs with minced meat Ljiljana Stankovic recipes and cookbook online

  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 4 eggs
  • so
  • beaver
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1 onion
  1. Boil the eggs and peel them. Finely chop the onion and wet the bread with milk. Mix the minced meat, bread and onion, then add salt and pepper. Divide the mixed mass into 4 parts. Separate each part, put one egg and form a meatball. Fry in hot oil.
