In the Youth Center of Belgrade, festival organizers and exhibitors presented Sweet Life in Belgrade to all visitors.
Back in 1960, the film The Sweet Life presented Federico Fellini's vision of a young playboy (played by Marcello Mastroianni) and the glamor of the "sweet life" in Rome.
The Sweet Life festival pleased everyone who loves a good (sweet) bite, and a good drop.
One of the organizers of the festival, Srba Jovanović, said: "We are satisfied with the first day of the festival, a large number of children and their parents were present, and we are also satisfied that the old people came as well, i.e. "big kids" as one song would say. For now, everything is going according to plan. I expect even more visitors to come and I invite them on this occasion. I think it is very important that they discover some products, sweet things that are not available in retail stores. There are exhibitors from Novi Sad, Sombor, Belgrade, Prizren, and there are also exhibitors from Paris."
Premium chocolates, forgotten homemade cakes, scones with cheese, various types of ice cream with unusual combinations and flavors, special types of bread, award-winning honey brandy, liqueurs... and Super Grandmas, who keep many old delicacies from being forgotten.
There is no need to discuss tastes, but we can confirm with certainty that there is something for everyone!
