Ice cream cubes - Slađana Šćekić

  • For the crust:
  • 7 egg whites
  • 7 spoon of sugar
  • 7 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • For the filling:
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 7 spoon of sugar
  • 7 tablespoon flour
  • 750 ml milk
  • 250 g of margarine or butter
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • For the crust topping:
  • 250 ml of cold milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  1. Beat egg whites with sugar, then add flour mixed with baking powder, oil and add egg yolks (I add egg yolk, because the crust with the yolk is very soft, and the crust remains white.
  2. Transfer the crust mixture to a baking sheet (35X25cm) and bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
  3. While the crust is baking, combine the flour, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and sugar with a little milk, then slowly pour everything together in a stream into the rest of the boiled milk. When the filling has thickened, remove it and cool it. Assemble the cooled filling with whipped margarine.
  4. Pour cold milk mixed with vanilla sugar over the baked crust.
  5. When the crust has absorbed all the milk, cool the crust. Place the cooled filling on the cooled crust.
  6. Put whipped cream or melted chocolate on top.
