Homemade vanilla ice cream - ice creams made in-house have a special taste. Made from controlled and natural ingredients, they are quite different from serial (industrial) production.
- 0,5 liter of milk
- 3 bags of vanilla sugar
- 3 pieces of egg yolks
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 pieces of egg whites
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of butter
- natural vanilla flavoring (to taste)
- Beat egg yolks with sugar.
- Put the milk on medium heat to boil. As soon as it boils, add the beaten egg yolks with sugar, and remove from the heat to cool.
- Beat egg whites with sugar and butter. Add to the milk, when it has cooled to room temperature and mix well.
- Add natural vanilla flavors to taste. Pour into a cooling box and place in the freezer to cool and harden.
