Savory pizza cake - savory cakes - delicious and popular for various celebrations, especially during New Year's holidays. I suggest the following combination.

Ingredients for the crust:

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 0,5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • oregano (to taste)

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 200 g of dried sunka
  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • 100 g of ketchup
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • oregano (to taste)
  1. For the crust, whip the egg whites with a little salt until foamy, add the egg yolks, then oil and milk.
  2. Stir in ketchup and dry ingredients.
  3. Bake the crust in a 30*30 baking tray at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Cut it into three parts and spread it with the filling that you will prepare by combining all the listed ingredients (finely chop the ham).
  5. Spread the cake with a mixture of cheese and neutral/sour cream. (You can also use sweet cream, but unsweetened.)
  6. Decorate it as desired - grated trapezoid, pieces of ham, olives...

*You can add marinated mushrooms and olives to the filling (if you like).
