Salty birthday cake - Why does a birthday cake always have to be salty?! It's an unwritten rule, and rules exist to be broken, right ;)?!

  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 dl yogurt
  • 0,75 ml of oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0,5 cup ground peanuts (fine)
  • 0,33 bags of baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 250 g of feta cheese
  • 50 g of winter salami
  • 50 g of ham
  • 4 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

The ending

  • 50 g of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or yogurt)
  • oregano (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds
  • 100 g of winter salami (ham or something similar of your choice)
  1. Beat the eggs, yogurt and oil, then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Bake in a pan with a diameter of 20 cm at 170 degrees C for 25 minutes. Cut the cooled crust in half, then fill.
  2. For the filling, mash the cheese, add finely chopped ham and salami, as well as ketchup and oregano. Mix everything well.
  3. Spread the cake with feta cheese mixed with milk or yogurt, then sprinkle with oregano and sesame seeds.
  4. You can cut the salami and throw them on the cake or play a little like me.
  5. Of course, you can use whatever you like for decoration 😉
