Savory wafer cake - Ljiljana Stanković
- 1 package of smaller wafers
- 300 years thinly sliced ham
- 300 years cream cheese
- 2 dl. sour cream
- 200 years mayonnaise
- For sprinkling:
- a little sesame
- cheese
- Toast the sesame seeds over low heat. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese and mix well until a creamy mass is obtained. Fill each wafer sheet with this mixture and place salami sheets on every second and fourth sheet. Place the filling over the salami again. Fill the back sheet of the wafer as well. Sprinkle with grated cheese, sesame and some flax seeds.
