Savory cake with rice, ingredients:
- 1 cup (for white coffee) long grain rice,
- 5 haha,
- 300 g of diced ham,
- 1 glass of sour cream,
- chopped parsley,
- 0,5 dl of oil,
- 50 g of beer cheese,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
For the casserole:
- lard or oil and breadcrumbs for sprinkling.
Savory cake with rice, preparation:
- Boil the rice with two cups of water, and if necessary, add a little more. Cool the rice just a little.
- Beat the egg white, then add the egg yolk, sour cream, oil, rice, ham, parsley leaf, salt and mix well.
- Pour into a greased and breadcrumb-covered bun and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
- On hot, grated cheese.
- When it cools down, cut it into pieces of the desired size.
- Pleasant!
