Savory cake with rice.

Savory cake with rice, ingredients:

  • 1 cup (for white coffee) long grain rice,
  • 5 haha,
  • 300 g of diced ham,
  • 1 glass of sour cream,
  • chopped parsley,
  • 0,5 dl of oil,
  • 50 g of beer cheese,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

For the casserole:

  • lard or oil and breadcrumbs for sprinkling.

Savory cake with rice, preparation:

  • Boil the rice with two cups of water, and if necessary, add a little more. Cool the rice just a little.
  • Beat the egg white, then add the egg yolk, sour cream, oil, rice, ham, parsley leaf, salt and mix well.
  • Pour into a greased and breadcrumb-covered bun and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
  • On hot, grated cheese.
  • When it cools down, cut it into pieces of the desired size.
  • Pleasant!
