Savory galettes with sesame - a simple recipe for any occasion, quick galettes for uninvited guests! A recipe from an old family cookbook.
- 250 g of margarine
- 1 cup oil
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 500 g of flour
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 glass of beer
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour and beer. Add oil and baking powder, salt and sesame seeds. Mix until the mass is even. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls.
- Bake in a galette maker. Pleasant!
