Salted galettes.
- 500 g flour
- 1 cup oil
- 250 g margarine
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 glass of beer
- Beat the margarine with a fork until it becomes soft. Add oil, salt, flour, beer, sesame, baking powder and mix everything well by hand to create a smooth mass that does not stick to your hands.
- Leave the dough in the refrigerator to harden a little.
- Make balls the size of a larger walnut and place them in the galette maker.
