Salty caps.

  • 4 eggs
  • 12 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 dl. oils
  • 2 dl. yogurt

for the filling:

  • 250 g of cream cheese
  • 100 gr. baked goods
  • 150 gr. sour cream

for coating:

  • 150 gr. cheese
  • 50 gr. ketchup
  • 50 gr. sour cream
  1. Beat eggs with salt until foamy, then add flour, baking powder, oil and yogurt. Mix everything well, then pour the mixture into a greased tray and bake the crust in a heated oven at 200 degrees.

  2. Cool the baked crust and use a small glass to cut out circles. Cut the roast into cubes and mix it with cream cheese and sour cream. Join two circles with this filling, also spread the edges, and roll in grated cheese. Spread sour cream on top and decorate with ketchup. work with dairy ingredients
