Savory rolls soft as cotton, ingredients:
- 1 kg of flour,
- 1/2 cube of yeast,
- 1/2 l of milk and water,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 cup of yogurt oil,
- 3 whole eggs,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,
- sesame,
- 1 margarine,
- 300 g of cheese as desired.
Savory rolls soft as cotton, preparation:
- Add yeast, sugar and a spoonful of flour to the liquid and let it ferment.
- Pour flour, salt, oil, 2 whole eggs and added yeast into the pan and knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough, divide into 8 balls.
- Roll each one into a circle with a rolling pin and cut into 8 parts.
- Put a little cheese on each end, roll it into a bun and arrange it in a pan greased with margarine.
- Do the same with all the other balls.
- Spread beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put a cube of margarine on each bun.
- Let them rise until the oven heats up to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
- Whoever makes them once, makes them all the time because they are exceptional.
- They can also be filled with sweet stuffing.
