If you don't have milk, you can replace it with mineral water.

Dough for pancakes prepared with natural mineral water it has a different taste and texture compared to the dough that is prepared with milk and plain water.

The natural carbon dioxide from the mineral water will create tiny bubbles in your pancakes that please the palate.

If you want to improve your mood or make your loved one happy, it is recommended to make pancakes according to the following recipe.

ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 level teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup of sour water (recommended ingredient natural mineral water Radenska Classic)
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • if necessary: ​​turmeric, allspice, chopped or ground herbs, cocoa.

(If you decide to divide this amount into 5 parts, you will need half a teaspoon of the mentioned spices for each color.)

PS If you decide on white pancakes, add one level spoonful of flour to the mixture.

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Beat the egg and sugar, then add all the other ingredients and beat the dough well.
  • Coat a non-stick pan with oil and bake the pancakes at a lower temperature for a few minutes on each side.
  • Pancakes should be baked at a lower temperature in order to retain their color, i.e. so that they don't overcook and darken.

You can make a savory cake out of these pancakes. As a base for the filling, use cream cheese or a mixture of hard cheese and sour cream.
