Salted roses.

Salted roses, ingredients:

You need for the dough:

  • 2,5 dl of water,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 1 dl of oil,
  • 500 grams of flour and a little more
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

For the filling:

  • 250 g of small cheese,
  • 1 glass of 1,5 dl yogurt,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 flat spoons of semolina,
  • salt to taste
  • 100 g of finely chopped bacon,
  • 100 g of finely chopped sausage and
  • 100 g of finely chopped salami.

To decorate:

  • a little ketchup.

Salted roses, preparation:

  • Put lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in a deep bowl and wait for it to start working.
  • Add oil, flour and salt and knead the dough.
  • Knead the dough a little more on a floured work surface, then return it to the bowl in which it was mixed and cover it with a cloth to let it rise.
  • When the dough has risen on a flour-dusted work surface, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a rectangle up to 1 cm thick.
  • Spread the dough with the cheese filling, but leave a bit of it so that the filling can be placed on top of the roses, and spread the chopped bacon, sausage and salami over the cheese, and then roll up the roll and cut it into circles about 3 cm thick.
  • Arrange the circles in a pan greased with grease and sprinkled with flour or on parchment paper.
  • Put a little of the remaining cheese filling on the roses and decorate them with ketchup.
  • Leave the roses to grow a little while heating the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Put the roses in the heated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes.

There will be about 20 larger salty roses.
