Savory cookies with spinach - Kristina Gašpar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl yogurt
- 1 dl oil
- 100 g finely chopped spinach (blanched and drained)
- 1 dl) cup (from 2 wheat semolina
- 1 dl) cup (of 2 plain flour
- 150 g of feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- salt to taste
- a pinch of pepper
- Beat the eggs, yogurt and oil, then add all the other ingredients and mix well. You can crumble or grate the cheese.
- Bake the cookies in small molds (for muffins, muffins...) at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, i.e. until golden brown.
