Savory croquettes - very quick to make and very tasty.
- 0,5 pieces of potatoes
- 1 piece of egg
- 50 g of flour
- salt (little)
- dry herb seasoning (a little)
- oil (a little)
- butter (a little)
- 1 onion (smaller)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 piece of egg
- Clean the potatoes, boil them in salted water. when it is cooked, mash it, then add flour, egg, butter, chopped garlic and onion, salt, add dry spices and leave it in the refrigerator to harden a little.
- Form croquettes from the mass.
- Heat the oil well, then roll them in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the croquettes until they get a golden yellow color.
