Salty roll with white meat.

Salty roll with white meat, ingredients:

  • 1 white meat
  • 500 g of medium crusts

To coat the crust:

  • 500 ml of yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • 5 spoons of semolina
  • 1 dcl of oil
  • 1 baking powder

 To coat the rolls:

  • 1 small glass of sour cream
  • 1 egg

Salty roll with white meat, preparation:

  • Cut the white meat as thinly as possible into steaks. Salt each steak and put a little pepper.
  • Make a coating by mixing: eggs, yogurt, oil, semolina, salt and baking powder.
  • Divide the peels into two parts and usually there are two six pieces each.
  • Take one crust and coat it with spread, put the second crust and coat it with spread, and so do the remaining 4 crusts.
  • Arrange half of the white meat steaks on the back crust on the wider side of the crust, 10 centimeters away. Fold a small part of the crust over the steaks and twist the roll.
  • Repeat the same with the other part of the crust.
  • Place the rolls in a greased pan and coat them with whipped cream and egg.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
