Salty roll with white meat, ingredients:
- 1 white meat
- 500 g of medium crusts
To coat the crust:
- 500 ml of yogurt
- 3 eggs
- a teaspoon of salt
- 5 spoons of semolina
- 1 dcl of oil
- 1 baking powder
To coat the rolls:
- 1 small glass of sour cream
- 1 egg
Salty roll with white meat, preparation:
- Cut the white meat as thinly as possible into steaks. Salt each steak and put a little pepper.
- Make a coating by mixing: eggs, yogurt, oil, semolina, salt and baking powder.
- Divide the peels into two parts and usually there are two six pieces each.
- Take one crust and coat it with spread, put the second crust and coat it with spread, and so do the remaining 4 crusts.
- Arrange half of the white meat steaks on the back crust on the wider side of the crust, 10 centimeters away. Fold a small part of the crust over the steaks and twist the roll.
- Repeat the same with the other part of the crust.
- Place the rolls in a greased pan and coat them with whipped cream and egg.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
