Savory rollers - a slightly different pie, crispy and delicious.
- 1 package of pie crust
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 300 g of cheese (small)
- 200 g of sour water
- 200 gr of oil
- Beat eggs, add cheese and combine everything well.
- Pour the acid water and oil separately and mix. Spray the crust with a mixture of acid water and oil 3-4 teaspoons.
- Spread the cheese and egg mixture on the edge of the crust.
- Wrap each crust separately in a small roll. Do the same with all the crusts.
- Arrange them in a greased tray or in a tray lined with baking paper.
- Before baking, coat each roll with a mixture of sour water and oil.
- Bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. until golden brown.
