Savory rollers - a slightly different pie, crispy and delicious.

  • 1 package of pie crust
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 300 g of cheese (small)
  • 200 g of sour water
  • 200 gr of oil
  1. Beat eggs, add cheese and combine everything well.
  2. Pour the acid water and oil separately and mix. Spray the crust with a mixture of acid water and oil 3-4 teaspoons.
  3. Spread the cheese and egg mixture on the edge of the crust.
  4. Wrap each crust separately in a small roll. Do the same with all the crusts.
  5. Arrange them in a greased tray or in a tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Before baking, coat each roll with a mixture of sour water and oil.
  7. Bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. until golden brown.
