Sweet roses.
Sweet roses, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1/2 cube of yeast,
- 2,5 dl milk,
- 1 egg,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 100 g of melted margarine,
- milk chocolate,
- Eurocream
- jam to taste.
Sweet roses, preparation:
- Put yeast, sugar and 1 teaspoon of flour in warm milk and let it rise for 10 minutes.
- Put flour, melted margarine and egg whites in a mixing bowl and knead with the added yeast and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Move the risen dough, roll out with a rolling pin as thin as possible and cut out circles of 8 cm.
- Place 1 cube of halved chocolate or euro cream or jam on each circle. Fold the circle in half so that you get a semicircle and once again in half to get a triangle. These three triangles are placed in paper baskets that are placed in a muffin tin. Beat the egg yolks, coat the roses and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
I tried all those fillings, I don't know which one is tastier.
