Sweet clams with sour milk, ingredients:
- 125 g of margarine,
- 1 fat burner,
- 1 baking powder,
- 1 glass of sour milk sugar,
- 1 glass of sour milk,
- about 500 g of flour,
- pecmzez as desired,
- powdered sugar.
Sweet clams with sour milk, preparation:
- Beat fat and margarine with sugar until foamy, add baking powder, sour milk and flour and knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut circles in the middle.
- Put a spoonful of jam, fold and connect the ends with a fork. I made it with a shell tool.
- Arrange the shells on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Roll the baked ones in powdered sugar.
