Sweet wreaths.
Sweet wreaths, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 cube of yeast,
- a teaspoon of sugar,
- a teaspoon of honey,
- 3 tablespoons of oil and
- 1,5 dl of lukewarm water.
Sweet wreaths, preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in 1,5 dl of lukewarm water with sugar and honey. Wait a little and then add oil, salt and flour.
- Knead the dough and let it rise.
- Then mix it and divide it, first into three parts, and then into five parts each, so that you get fifteen balls.
- Roll each ball into a strip 25 cm long, then make a loop and wrap the ends around it.
- Bake in hot oil or fat, sprinkle with crystal sugar and decorate with a bow.
