Sweet wreaths.

Sweet wreaths, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 cube of yeast,
  • a teaspoon of sugar,
  • a teaspoon of honey,
  • 3 tablespoons of oil and
  • 1,5 dl of lukewarm water.

Sweet wreaths, preparation:

  • Dissolve the yeast in 1,5 dl of lukewarm water with sugar and honey. Wait a little and then add oil, salt and flour.
  • Knead the dough and let it rise.
  • Then mix it and divide it, first into three parts, and then into five parts each, so that you get fifteen balls.
  • Roll each ball into a strip 25 cm long, then make a loop and wrap the ends around it.
  • Bake in hot oil or fat, sprinkle with crystal sugar and decorate with a bow.
