In Roda Megamarket in New Belgrade, on June 20 and 21.06.2015, XNUMX, the Sweet Weekend in Roda is taking place, organized by Agribusiness magazine, with the support of the Association of Journalists for Agriculture Agropress. An interesting exhibition is set up in the entrance hall of Roda Megamarket and admission is free. The exhibition is open from 08 a.m. to 20 p.m.
The Sweet Weekend in Roda exhibition was marked by the work of Dejan Ilic, a carving master, who, with the help of Kristina Gašpar, created an extremely creative arrangement for birthdays and other celebrations. At the end of the text, you can view a detailed photo gallery of the arrangements made.
The representatives of AGROPRESS and RODA Megamarket welcomed the visitors and participants of this interesting exhibition, and Dragiša Simić from Mionica, who heads the "Prela i Posela" Association, gave a toast to the successful start of the event.
Visitors were able to buy some of the displayed products, and those who love homemade products and honey bought several jars of newly arrived acacia honey and cherry jam. The exhibitors are very satisfied that the organizers have enabled them to perform for free at such an event, because most of them do not have the quantities intended for large markets, but they have quality products with well-known origins and prepared in a traditional way.
Thanking the hosts from RODA Megamarket, Goran Đaković, the president of AGROPRESS, emphasized that it is natural for AGROPRESS and RODA to collaborate on such a project, because in the facilities of this market, on specially marked shelves, there are products made according to traditional recipes and from domestic raw materials, which significantly encourages small and medium-sized agricultural producers who are currently more vulnerable on the market. On this occasion, he advocated that these state producers be especially helped in order to survive and become competitive on the market.
Such exhibitions will be organized again in July at RODA facilities in Novi Sad and Kragujevac.
