Strawberry jam.
Strawberry candy, ingredients:
- 1 kg of strawberries (peeled)
- 1,2 kg of sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
Strawberry dessert, preparation:
- Wash, clean and weigh the strawberries. In a large pan, arrange a row of strawberries, a row of sugar. Add vanilla sugar.
- Cover and let it rest in the fridge for 10 hours. Strawberries release liquid and no need to add water.
- Place on the stove and cook at a moderate temperature. Do not stir, just shake the pan a little. It should boil, but not come out of the pot, so if necessary, increase and decrease the temperature of the stove. Remove the foam.
- Sweet is cooked when the syrup is thick enough. And the syrup is thick enough when it falls from the spoon in big heavy drops or if you put a spoonful of syrup on a tray, let it cool, and then make a line with the spoon and the line stays.
- When it is cooked, remove it from the stove, cover it with a damp cloth napkin and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Then, remove the napkin, put it back on the stove, release another 2-3 keys, remove from the stove, skim off the foam well, cover again with a wet napkin and let it stand for 10-12 hours at room temperature.
- Put the clean and dry jars in the oven, turn it on at 100 C.
- After 30 minutes, remove the jars and let them cool completely. Pour the sweet and close well.
- Enjoy the taste!
