A poached egg is one of the simplest meals you can prepare for breakfast, but that doesn't mean you should do it in any way.
Three celebrity chefs: Anthony Borden, Eric Ripert and Jose Andres, recommend this very method as the best and only correct way to fry it poached egg.
Preparing this real morning treat is demonstrated by Andres. He puts four tablespoons of olive oil in a medium-heated pan, then cracks an egg into it. The pan tilts so that the oil and the egg pour into one corner, and then the egg is quickly poured with hot oil.
