Peach and raspberry smoothie, ingredients:
- 150 g of peaches
- 100 g of raspberries
- orange juice with pulp
- 150 ml of kefir
Peach and raspberry smoothie, preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients (peaches, raspberries, orange juice and kefir) into a blender or food processor.
- Process until the mass becomes completely uniform.
- Cool slightly before serving.
- Add a little kefir as desired, to taste or as needed. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
