Perch with vegetables - Zuzana Grnja
- 1 perch about 400 - 450 gr
- 200 g of onion
- 1,2 dl oil
- 3 fresh peppers
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 2,5 dl of white wine
- 2 hot peppers
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 spoon of paprika

- lemon juice
- Salt the cleaned fish and sprinkle it with lemon juice, then wrap it in aluminum foil and let it stand for 15 minutes.
- Combine flour with paprika, roll the fish in this mixture and fry in hot oil on both sides.
- Coat the refractory dish with oil, put the fish and cover it.
- Cut the pepper into cubes, the onion into ribs, the tomato into quarters, add salt to taste and stew everything together while pouring the wine. Add hot peppers whole.
- Spread the stewed vegetables over the fried fish and bake everything together at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
