I don't even like vegetable milks in this form - it's a matter of taste. It is easy to prepare.
I prepare it often. I didn't think there was any need to write on this topic, but it turned out the opposite. You can prepare a smoothie from any fruit and vegetable - combine the ingredients you like or have on hand at the moment. I don't like leafy vegetables in this form, so I don't put them in it accordingly.
In this combination you can add spinach, chard, parsley... For a creamy texture, add a banana. Play around until you find the combination you like best. If desired, you can add some sweetener, e.g. honey The combination I like is the following.

- 1 apple (larger)
- 1 piece of carrot (larger)
- 1 piece of kiwi
- 5 pieces of strawberries
- 0,5 piece of lemon (juice of half a lemon)
- Clean and chop fruits and vegetables.
- Place only the green part of the kiwi.
- Place in a bowl and chop with a stick mixer without adding water.
- When you get a slurry, gradually add water, until the desired consistency.
And that is all.
Lemon prevents oxidation.
These and similar juices are recommended for cleansing the body.
Nutrient ingredients are more easily absorbed from juices, and the body can fully utilize them.
I also suggest the following combinations:
- 1 carrot, 1 piece of celery (the size of a carrot), 1 large apple, juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey;
- 1 carrot, 1 orange, 1 kiwi, 1 banana;
- 1 carrot, 1 beet, 1 apple, 2-3 parsley leaves, juice of half a lemon, 1 spoon of honey.
