  • 5 eggs
  • 1 ml of milk
  • 6 spoon of sugar
  • 2 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Schnenokle, preparation

  • Add a spoonful of sugar and vanilla sugar to 900 ml of milk and bring to a boil. The milk must not boil strongly, but only flow gently.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add powdered sugar (beat for about 10 minutes). Take out the nokles with a spoon and drop them into the hot milk. Cook them for 5 seconds on one side, then on the other. Remove them to a bowl with a slotted spoon.
  • Beat egg yolks with 5 spoons of sugar, add flour and 100 ml of milk. Pour into the hot milk in which the noccles were cooked and boil the cream. Pour it over the nokli.
  • Leave to cool, then pour into small bowls. Pleasant!
