Snowflake - the smell of coconut wafts throughout the apartment while this cake is being made. Juicy, creamy and nice. Try it.

  • 3 cups of yogurt
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of coconut
  • 200 g semolina
  • 1 bag of baking powder

For syrup:

  • 250 g of sugar
  • 4 dl of water

For the filling:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 15 spoons of sugar
  • 15 spoons of flour
  • 250 g of margarine
  • 3 bag of vanilla sugar
  1. Put yogurt, sugar, coconut, semolina and baking powder in a pan. Mix everything with a spoon. Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes. When the crust is baked, turn it onto a plate and pour warm syrup over the warm crust.
  2. For the syrup, combine sugar and water.
  3. For the filling, mix the flour and sugar with a little milk and boil everything in the remaining milk. Beat margarine with vanilla sugar and combine with the previous filling.
  4. Put white cream on the crust and decorate with whipped cream. Pleasant.
