Snowflake - the smell of coconut wafts throughout the apartment while this cake is being made. Juicy, creamy and nice. Try it.
- 3 cups of yogurt
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of coconut
- 200 g semolina
- 1 bag of baking powder
For syrup:
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 dl of water
For the filling:
- 1 liter of milk
- 15 spoons of sugar
- 15 spoons of flour
- 250 g of margarine
- 3 bag of vanilla sugar
- Put yogurt, sugar, coconut, semolina and baking powder in a pan. Mix everything with a spoon. Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes. When the crust is baked, turn it onto a plate and pour warm syrup over the warm crust.
- For the syrup, combine sugar and water.
- For the filling, mix the flour and sugar with a little milk and boil everything in the remaining milk. Beat margarine with vanilla sugar and combine with the previous filling.
- Put white cream on the crust and decorate with whipped cream. Pleasant.
