Snowballs.
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- 500 g of Jaffa biscuits
- 2 pieces of orange
- 300 g of coconut
- Peel the oranges, cut the peel into small cubes and put it in a saucepan, add sugar and water, stir and cook until the orange peel is soft.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the sweet cream with a mixer until it reaches the required firmness.
- Cut the yafa into pieces and add to the bowl. Add
- Add 200 g of coconut.
- Add a cooled piece of candied orange peel, knead the mixture by hand.
- Shape the mixture into balls and cover them with the remaining coconut. Place the snowballs in paper baskets and serve.
