Schnitzels with Swiss chard.

  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of bread (stale)
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 chard leaves
  • so

  1. Wash the Swiss chard, clean it, put it in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse it with cold water and cut it into small pieces. Soak the middle of the bread in milk, leave for 5 minutes to absorb, drain. Finely chop the onion. Mix the meat with onion, bread and egg, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add some finely chopped parsley and Swiss chard. Make balls from the obtained mixture, press them (so that they are 1 cm thick). Put them in the fridge to stand for an hour.

  2. Arrange them in a tray, greased or lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C, turn and bake until golden brown. Serve warm. Pleasant!
