Schnitzel with onions and mushrooms - Suzana Mitić
- 6 steaks
- 3 onions
- 300 g of mushrooms
- a little oil
- salt to taste
- a little dry herb seasoning
- some pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Put oil and steaks in a pan and fry them.
- Fry them on both sides until they are golden brown. Cut the onion into ribs and add it to be fried together with the meat. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Put them in and stew them all together. Put spices. It's done when all the water evaporates. Mashed potatoes are ideal for serving as a side dish to steaks prepared in this way.
