Steaks in sauce from the oven - juicy steaks.

  • 500 g of pork leg (you can also use veal leg)
  • 2 dcl of beer
  • 2 dcl tomato juice
  • 2 dcl of milk
  • 4 cloves of garlic (3-4 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon fennel (chopped)
  • so
  • pepper (ground)
  • flour
  1. Cut the meat into steaks, pound, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
  2. Roll each steak in flour on one side and the other and arrange in a baking dish previously greased with oil.
  3. Mix beer and tomato juice in a bowl. milk, garlic pressed on a garlic press, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and ground pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the steaks, cover with aluminum foil pierced with a toothpick and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
