Juicy baklava.

  • 500 gr. pie crusts

  • 2,5 dl. oils
  • 5 tablespoons of ground biscuits
  • 100 gr. raisins
  • 2,5 dl. acidic water
  • 500 gr. sugar
  • 1 lemon
  1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add condensed milk, oil and baking powder to the beaten eggs. Place a quarter of the crust in an oiled baking dish. Apply the filling on the crusts, then put another quarter of the crust, then cover with the filling and sprinkle with ground biscuits and raisins. Repeat the procedure with the remaining material. Cut the baklava into cubes, spray with oil and bake for 40 minutes. at 200 degrees in a heated oven.
    Sherbet:
    Pour sour water into a pot on the stove, add sugar and boil. Cut the lemon into rings and add to the pan. When the sherbet gets the required thickness, add lemon juice, remove from the stove and leave to cool. Pour the cooled syrup over the hot baklava.
