Juicy triangles - Ivana Pešić

  • g crust: 300 flour
  • 125 g margarine
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 bottle of strawberry extract
  • cup dressing: 15 milk
  • 125 g margarine
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 100 g of chocolate
  1. Crust: Beat eggs with sugar, add melted margarine, flour mixed with pastry, milk, vanilla sugar and raspberry extract. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Leave the crust to cool and then cut it into triangles.
  2. Topping: Melt sugar, milk and margarine. When it cools down a bit, add the grated chocolate and pour over the triangles.
