Juicy triangles - Ivana Pešić
- g crust: 300 flour
- 125 g margarine
- 250 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 150 ml milk
- 1 bottle of strawberry extract
- cup dressing: 15 milk
- 125 g margarine
- 250 g of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- Crust: Beat eggs with sugar, add melted margarine, flour mixed with pastry, milk, vanilla sugar and raspberry extract. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Leave the crust to cool and then cut it into triangles.
- Topping: Melt sugar, milk and margarine. When it cools down a bit, add the grated chocolate and pour over the triangles.
