Juicy meat with caramelized onions, ingredients:

  • 400 g of pork
  • 400 grams of onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 250 ml sour cream for cooking
  • plenty of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs
  • salt to taste

Juicy meat with caramelized onions, preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into cubes of the desired size.
  2. Cut the onion into ribs.
  3. Fry the meat cubes in olive oil, they should get a nice brown color on both sides.
  4. When they get color, take them out of the pan and add the onion cut into ribs.
  5. Fry the onion and stir until it caramelizes, i.e. until it gets a caramel color.
  6. Return the meat cubes to the pan and fry together for another 10 minutes, until the ingredients are mixed.
  7. Add cooking cream, salt to taste and herbs.
  8. Let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes, as long as it takes to combine the ingredients.
  9. Remove from the heat and add plenty of chopped parsley.
  10. Decorate as desired and enjoy the beautiful, refreshing taste.
