Juicy meat with caramelized onions - Suzana Mitić
Juicy meat with caramelized onions, ingredients:
- 400 g of pork
- 400 grams of onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 ml sour cream for cooking
- plenty of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- salt to taste
Juicy meat with caramelized onions, preparation:
- Cut the meat into cubes of the desired size.
- Cut the onion into ribs.
- Fry the meat cubes in olive oil, they should get a nice brown color on both sides.
- When they get color, take them out of the pan and add the onion cut into ribs.
- Fry the onion and stir until it caramelizes, i.e. until it gets a caramel color.
- Return the meat cubes to the pan and fry together for another 10 minutes, until the ingredients are mixed.
- Add cooking cream, salt to taste and herbs.
- Let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes, as long as it takes to combine the ingredients.
- Remove from the heat and add plenty of chopped parsley.
- Decorate as desired and enjoy the beautiful, refreshing taste.
