Recipe for soy schnitzels with onions and peanuts, a delicious vegetarian meal. Soy cutlets or pieces are very similar to meat in their protein content.
- 4 handfuls of soy steak
- 2 pieces of onion
- 100 g of fried peanuts
- seasoning for food
- soy sauce (tamari)
- landing
- Put soy steaks and one spoonful of vegetables in a liter of boiling water. Cook for about 45 minutes, until the steaks are completely soft. When they are cooked, take them out of the water and let them drain.
- In a frying pan, fry the onion cut into ribs. Add the soy steaks and stir-fry a little more.
- Drizzle with soy sauce to taste (be careful tamari is very salty). Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
