Juice from nature - anything that thrives undisturbed in nature is much better than from a civilized environment. This is a recipe for a very generous juice.

  • 1 kg of dogwood
  • 2 liters of water
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 1 bag of lemon juice
  1. Wash the dogwoods, then put them in a pot with water to cook.
  2. Cook them until they turn white for about 30 minutes.
  3. Leave them cooked like that for a few hours (it is best to cook them in the evening and strain them only the next day).
  4. Strain the dogwoods through a thick sieve or cheesecloth.
  5. Add about 150g to a liter of drained water. sugar. If you like it quite sweet, add a little more sugar, but not too much, so as not to dilute the juice with water.
  6. Bring the resulting liquid to a boil and the sugar will dissolve. At the end of cooking, add one limontus.
  7. Pour hot juice into hot bottles (I have small bottles and pour juice into them), wrap them in a blanket and do not touch them until they cool down.
