Nettle juice.

  • 80 nettle tops
  • 3 kg of sugar
  • 6 bags of lemon juice
  • 1 sachet of preservative
  • 1 bottle of kiwi extract
  • 3 liters of water
  1. Boil the water and cool it.
    Wash the nettle well, put it in a deep dish and pour water. Add the lumontuse and press the nettle so that the water is above it. Let it stand for 24 hours. After 24 hours, strain it, add sugar, kiwi extract and preservative. Stir the juice occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Mix everything well again and pour into glass bottles.

Now the nettles are the best for picking, the leaves are young and juicy.
