Carrot and apple juice - an excellent combination of fruits and vegetables.
- 3 kg of peeled apples
- 1 kg of carrots
- 1 kg of sugar
- 9 kg of water
- 3 bags of lemon juice
- Choose ripe and healthy apples. Clean them and cut them into larger pieces.
- Also clean the carrot and cut it into larger pieces.
- Boil apples in 5 liters of water and carrots in 2 liters. water. Puree the cooked and cooled fruit in a blender, add the water in which the fruit was cooked and another 5-2 liters of water.
- Bring it all to a boil. When it starts to boil, add sugar and lemon juice and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature and let it run for another 10 min.
- Pour hot juice into heated bottles, close them and wrap them in a blanket.
- Leave them like that until they cool down.
