Plum and lemon juice, and we can also call it lemonade with plums - is a seasonal, fresh juice, which, with the individual aromas of the fruit, adds something more.

The aroma of plums will not overpower the aroma of lemons, and their sweetness will help you add less sugar. Use ripe plum fruits of old varieties, such as Ranka, Magjarka (Hungarian), Cačanka, Bosanka - therefore, you should use ripe, aromatic, red-blue fruits. The ratio of fruit and other ingredients is suggested in the recipe, but you can always adjust them to your taste.

Plum and lemon juice, or we can also call it lemonade with plums, is a seasonal, fresh juice that adds something more to the individual aromas of the fruit.

  • 15 pieces of plum (ripe fruit, pitted)
  • 3 pieces of lemon juice
  • 5 glasses of water (4-5 (or as needed))
  • sugar (to taste)
  • ice (cubes, for serving)
  • fresh mint (leaves, for serving)
  1. Wash the plums well, remove the pits, and put them in a blender. Process on medium speed until you get a uniform mass. If necessary, add a little water to process the plums better.
  2. From the blender container, strain the mass of processed plums through a thick strainer to remove large pieces of skin.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice. Add the plum juice. Mix well. Add sugar to taste.
  4. Add water to taste, but do not forget that when serving, you will add ice cubes, which will melt in the juice.
  5. Serve the juice with ice cubes, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh mint leaves. Pleasant.
