Elderberry Juice.
Grapefruit juice, ingredients:
- 70 flowers are calling
- 5 liters of water
- 2 bags of lemon juice
- 5 kg of sugar
Grapefruit juice, preparation:
- Place the flowers in a large bowl, add lemon juice and pour water. Cover with a cloth napkin and let it stand for 24 hours.
- Strain through cheesecloth and add sugar to the liquid. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour the syrup into plastic bottles and put in the freezer.
- Once thawed, it should be used within ten days.
- If the syrup is poured into glass bottles and not frozen, a preservative should be added.
- Enjoy!
