Somborka paprika with honey - an interesting taste of paprika with honey.
- 5 kg paprika (somborka)
- 2 liters of water (maybe a little less)
- 40 g of sugar
- 200 g of honey
- 100 ml of wine vinegar
- 100 gr of salt
- 1 cup oil
- 0,5 bags of grapes
- 0,5 sachets of preservative
- Wash and clean the stems and seeds from the peppers.
- Put 2 liters of water in a bowl, taste the vinegar (it depends on the acidity), salt, sugar and honey.
- Put it on the fire so that the liquid boils, add peppers and cook for a minute or two.
- Put the peppers in a large pot and let them cool.
- Arrange them in a jar and add garlic, parsley or celery to taste.
- When we fill the jar with peppers, we press them with a plastic grid and then fill the jars with hot pre-salt in which we have mixed the preservative and grape juice.
