Somborka paprika with honey - an interesting taste of paprika with honey.

  • 5 kg paprika (somborka)
  • 2 liters of water (maybe a little less)
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 200 g of honey
  • 100 ml of wine vinegar
  • 100 gr of salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 0,5 bags of grapes
  • 0,5 sachets of preservative
  1. Wash and clean the stems and seeds from the peppers.
  2. Put 2 liters of water in a bowl, taste the vinegar (it depends on the acidity), salt, sugar and honey.
  3. Put it on the fire so that the liquid boils, add peppers and cook for a minute or two.
  4. Put the peppers in a large pot and let them cool.
  5. Arrange them in a jar and add garlic, parsley or celery to taste.
  6. When we fill the jar with peppers, we press them with a plastic grid and then fill the jars with hot pre-salt in which we have mixed the preservative and grape juice.
