Sauce with mushrooms and leeks - this extremely tasty sauce is an ideal accompaniment to chicken and various steaks, and can also be used as an addition to some other dishes...
- 50 g of margarine (for all purposes)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 piece of leek (small waist, finely chopped)
- 100 g of champignons (finely chopped (can also be marinated))
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream (2-3 tablespoons)
- 2 spoons of mustard
- salt (to taste)
- soups (chicken, beef)
- pepper (ground)
- Briefly fry the flour on the margarine, then add a little soup, mix well so that there are no lumps, then add the leeks and mushrooms. Cook for ten minutes, with constant stirring and gradual addition of soup. When the sauce has the required thickness, add salt, pepper, mustard and finally sour cream. Mix everything well, let it boil and remove from heat.
