Spaghetti Bolognese - Ana Vuletić

  • 250 g of mixed minced meat
  • 1 large onion
  • A little oil/olive if you have it
  • Spices: peshun (basil, vegeta, oregano, allspice, ground black pepper, allspice, baking soda)
  • 1/2 tomato puree (if you like it thicker, you can use a little less)
  • 1/2 package thin spaghetti
  • parmezan
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  1. Add olive oil to the pan to cover the bottom, then finely chopped onion. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda to it and mix until it becomes soft. Add half a teaspoon of sugar and stir so that it does not caramelize.
  2. Add the mixed minced meat to the onion.
  3. When the meat is fried a little, you can add spices. I usually add about a pinch of everything except the veggie which I add a little more.
  4. Feel free to add less so you can easily add to taste.
  5. First add the basil, ground dry parsley, oregano, ground black pepper and vegeta. Finally, add allspice. Do not overdo it with spices, especially if children are eating and if one of the lunch plans has a more sensitive stomach - because oregano can cause heartburn.
  6. When the meat is fried and has a nice brown color, add the tomato puree. I like to buy finely chopped tomato puree where there are diced tomatoes in addition to the juice, but you can use any tomato.
  7. Just make sure that if you use a puree that has been previously seasoned with basil and oregano, remove those spices from the process earlier so that it is not too strong for you.
  8. Cook for a few minutes, stirring so that the tomato sauce does not splatter.
  9. Put a deep pan with water, a little oil and two porridges. salt to boil the water. Add the spaghetti to cook. They must be cooked so that they can be cut, but not boiled.
  10. Strain the cooked spaghetti and wash it in cold water and pour it into a deep dish. Pour over Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. If you don't have parmesan, you can use any grated cheese and add some fresh basil or parsley as decoration.
  12. Pleasant.
